About Kristyn
What is your background?
I was a technology start-up intern, turned full-time marketing manager after college. Then I worked for my family’s garage door company doing their marketing, sales and some administration work. While working at the family business, I pursued a part-time real estate career as well as starting a direct marketing business. A series of events and path crossings led me to teaming up with Kyle and taking the leap into the commercial real estate world.
What do you do to recharge your batteries outside of the office?
I’m a wife and mom of two young children. We enjoy spending time together, specifically outdoors, hunting, hiking, snowmobiling, playing in the yard and with the animals on our small ranch.
Why commercial real estate?
As soon as I ventured into the commercial real estate world, it felt like home. When individuals and businesses come to me, they have a deep understanding of their company and their growth goals, but oftentimes have less experience with the process of buying or leasing commercial properties. I get to help them find the perfect office space, retail location or commercial land to help their business grow or dreams come to fruition. I also get a firsthand look at the amazing businesses that exist in the Bismarck-Mandan area.
