About Kyle

What did you do before you got into real estate and how does that influence your approach?

Prior to real estate, I was involved in industrial distribution/mass product marketing and sales. I also grew up on a rural cattle ranch, so I feel those two aspects of my life taught me the discipline of hard work and creative problem solving.

What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned?

Money is not everything. It is a tool that allows us to acquire and create opportunities, however, integrity and grit should always come before money.

What is your favorite part of being a commercial realtor?

My favorite part of being a commercial realtor is knowing that I’m helping my client. We have people approach us at all stages in the process: some that have their eyes on commercial land, some that have done previous commercial builds, and some that just know they need to be investing in commercial real estate but don’t know where to start. I get to learn more about their business and its goals and help them find the commercial property that best suits their needs. It’s an awesome process to be a part of!

What are your favorite things to do outside of the office?

I love being outdoors, hiking, camping and hunting with family and friends.
